Wagga Motors Trade Promotion – Terms & Conditions

75th Anniversary Car Giveaway

1. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on May 1st 2025 and ends on August 31st 2025.
Entries must be received within this period to be eligible for the draw.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Wagga Motors Pty Ltd (ABN 33 556 730 405), their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings), and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Customers can earn entries into the draw through the following qualifying transactions at Wagga Motors:

  • Entries are recorded by completing an entry form upon delivery and placing it in the official draw barrel.
  • Multiple transactions allowed — entries accumulate accordingly.
  • Transactions must be fully paid and delivered during the promotional period.
  • No additional entry fee is charged to participate in this promotion, and the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.

4. The Prize

The prize is a Chery Tiggo 4 Urban, valued at $24,490 (RRP).
The vehicle will be supplied with 12 months registration in NSW.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Winner is responsible for insurance and any optional extras not included in the base vehicle.

5. Draw & Winner Selection

The draw will take place at Wagga Motors, 32 Dobney Avenue, Wagga Wagga NSW, on Friday 5th September 2025.
The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries.

  • Draw will be conducted fairly, transparently, and livestreamed on Wagga Motors social media.
  • The prize will be awarded to the person named on the winning entry form.
  • If there is a dispute as to identity, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the winner’s identity.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

  • The winner will be notified via phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
  • The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
  • If the prize is not claimed, a redraw will take place using the same method.
  • All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.

7. Entry Conditions & Disqualifications

  • All entries must be valid, legible, and complete.
  • Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted on behalf of someone else may be disqualified.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

8. Proof of Purchase

Entrants must retain proof of purchase for each qualifying transaction. If requested, failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

9. Publicity & Marketing Consent

By entering, entrants agree to participate in promotional activity if they win. The Promoter may use the winner’s first name, initial and postcode in promotional materials, and photograph or film the winner without additional compensation.

10. Liability & Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Wagga Motors is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.
If the promotion is not capable of running as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify it.

11. Privacy & Data Handling

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Wagga Motors Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.waggamotors.com.au/privacy-policy
Information may be shared with third parties and regulatory bodies for the purpose of administering the promotion.
