Covid-19 Wagga Motors Statement
Written on 18 March 2020
Wagga Motors Management and Staff understand and appreciate that there is growing concern within the community regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our number one objective is to protect the health and well being of our team, customers and community. We have therefore implemented some changes at our business to protect the wellbeing of all, especially those more at risk.
Wagga Motors have been pro-active in encouraging hygiene practices within our staff ranks and when interacting with customers. It is our collective responsibility to ensure we are acting with a sense of urgency and responsibility to both ourselves and those around us in an effort to minimise the transmission and impact.
If you have concerns, Wagga Motors has the ability to provide you with a zero contact service that protects our staff, families and you the client. Please phone 69330100 if you require this service. Our zero contact services include vehicle servicing, parts purchasing and vehicle sales.
We ask that you follow the recommended NSW Health handwashing precautions before visiting us and also during your visit. Wagga Motors have several hand washing facilities on site. Please ask us for assistance. Please understand our staff have been advised to practise minimal contact with all visitors and customers to the dealership. We will politely refrain from shaking hands.
We have also increased the frequency of our dealership cleaning, ensuring high traffic customer areas are sanitised more frequently.
If you are concerned you may have Coronavirus or been in contact with someone at risk, please DO NOT attend our dealership without notifying us. We can then implement the necessary procedures to ensure that in time, you receive the appropriate level of care and service while visiting our dealership.
While these steps may be deemed overly cautious in the current environment, we are passionate about protecting our staff and customers and hope you share our concerns.
Remember if you remain well, we would love to see you and we have the means to protect your wellbeing with our zero contact services.
Yours sincerely,
Scott and Richard Braid
