Honda Service Loan Cars

· The vehicle is provided by Honda Australia Pty. Ltd. and the Honda Centre acts as agent of Honda Australia in allowing you
to use the vehicle.
· The vehicle is in good order and condition and you must return it in the equivalent condition, except fair wear and tear.
· You must return the vehicle to the Honda Centre by the end of the Usage Period.
· You must use the vehicle for personal and normal road use only.
· You will drive the vehicle in a lawful and responsible manner at all times, and comply with all Australian laws and road
rules.
· You must hold a valid, unrestricted, Australian driver’s licence for this particular type of vehicle and not be suspended or
disqualified from driving for any reason or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
· You may not allow another person to drive the vehicle.
· You are responsible for the safety of the vehicle and its passengers and must ensure that you and your passengers do not
smoke in the vehicle.
· You will keep the vehicle keys under your personal control when the vehicle is not being driven and immediately return the
keys together with the vehicle to the Honda Centre by the end of the Usage Period.
· If you are involved in an accident, you must check that you, your passengers and any other party are ok. You will inform the
Honda Centre and the police immediately, and provide photos of the vehicle damage, a summary of the accident and the
other party’s details, including telephone number, driver’s licence number, vehicle registration number and insurance
company details and any other details required by Honda Australia or the Honda Centre.

· You are responsible for any tolls, fines and infringement notices issued or accrued during your use of the vehicle.
· We will cover the insurance excess for any damage to the vehicle or a third party vehicle in the event of an accident, unless
we determine in our absolute discretion that you intentionally caused the damage or the damage occurred due to your
wilful, reckless or dangerous driving or actions. If this is the case, you must pay any insurance excess of $1650.
· If we ask for our Honda back, you will return it straight away.
· The vehicle may have connected services activated which will enable driving logs to be tracked in the event it is required to
prove any misuse of the vehicle or breach of these terms and conditions.
