Fuel — Full to Full
a) Fuel costs are the responsibility of the driver. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel and a fuel receipt must be provided as evidence.
b) A refuelling charge of $5.00 per litre applies if not.
Travel limits — a fair-use limit of 100 kilometres per day applies. Excess mileage may be charged at $1.00 per kilometre.
No smoking, vaping, or pets in loan vehicles. A $600 cleaning charge applies if breached.
Cleanliness – you agree to return the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition (inside and outside) and free form any damage.
INSURANCE EXCESS for minor and major incidents:
$1,000 excess (payable by the driver), covered under Wagga Motors’ insurance policy.
Wagga Motors insurance policy does not cover items being towed or carried.
The Vehicle is to be driven in a responsible manner, adhering to posted speed signs and regulations at all times.
The Driver accepts responsibility for any traffic infringements (e.g. speeding fines, parking fines and red light camera fines) whilst the above-mentioned vehicle is in their care and control.
The Driver accepts responsibility for minor and major damage caused to the vehicle.
If involved in an accident, the Driver will record and provide the other party’s particulars, including Drivers License number and insurance company details and pay any policy age excess where applicable.
